At Aware Mental Health Counseling PLLC, I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. That's why I offer telehealth counseling services for adults, adolescents, and couples. My primary approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where the clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and develop the skills they need to live a fulfilling life.
