Psychodynamic therapy is a deeper, long-term approach that focuses on exploring unconscious thoughts, feelings, and past experiences that may be influencing present behavior. COUPLES THERAPY
I help couples seeking to improve their relationship or accept parting ways. My primary approach is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is designed to help couples identify and address the negative patterns they have developed in their relationship. By focusing on emotions and attachment, I aim to help couples develop a stronger, more secure bond.

I specialize in supporting people suffering from anxiety, depression, and body image issues. We use a multicultural lens to provide a personalized approach to counseling, ensuring that you get the best support possible.
