I currently offer online therapy services for children and adults in New York. I accept most major insurance providers except for Medicaid or Medicare. I also accept self-pay through a debit card, Venmo, or Zelle. Payments must be made before the session.
About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works primarily with adolescents and adults navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, academic stress, and career-related pressures. My approach is integrative, blending person-centered (Rogerian) therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create a supportive, collaborative, and goal-oriented therapeutic experience.
My Philosophy
I believe therapy can be a space to better understand yourself, work through challenges, and discover new ways of moving forward. I work with adolescents and adults who may be navigating difficult emotions, life transitions, relationships, or personal and professional growth. My goal is to help each client build resilience, develop greater self-awareness, and feel more confident in navigating life’s challenges.
